The toughened glass splashback we created for this stunning contemporary gloss white kitchen in Derby provides loads of impact but didn’t cost our customers in Chelleston the earth. By creating the splashbacks in 2 almost identical pieces it meant that there was less processing cost for the customer to pay for and no need for a plumber to come back to remove the tap during the fitting process. We matched their chosen colour, Dulux Deep Fossil Grey used in other areas of the home, to create a practical glass back splash behind the sink area which will be easy to keep clean and finishes their kitchen off beautifully.
The before and after shots illustrate perfectly just what a difference can be achieved by installing a glass splashback. Equally, the colour of the glass looks very different depending on which lighting options are selected in the kitchen. The great thing too is that you would be hard pressed to notice the join line between the 2 splashbacks which has been consciously positioned just behind the tap.
