In this recent project in North London a combination of back painted splashbacks and personalised printed glass splashbacks work really well in terms of adding colour and interest in to a clean but neutral living space while not over complicating the modern look of the kitchen or compromising the contemporary feel that the client was trying to create.

Our customer had seen a designer glass splashback that we had created for previous client and wanted something similar to add a splash of colour in their new kitchen. Their handleless, modern, white gloss kitchen featured grey floor tiles and provided a clean highly contemporary feel to the space created by their extension.

After consulting with the customer we created 2 complementary toughened glass splashbacks which sit on opposite sides of the kitchen, 1 back splash to fit below their hood behind the induction hob and the other sited behind the inset sink under the window. On all other kitchen wall spaces we installed made to measure back painted white toughened glass splashbacks which also fit into the window recesses and behind the sockets.
